Payment Terms

 

Upon booking with us, we require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking. This is to confirm your commitment.

You are also welcome to pay in full.

 

Once we have received your deposit and you have signed our booking form, your wedding date is officially added and secured into our diary. An invoice will be sent to you and we will require that you sign our booking form; there is a copy for you and a copy for us, we do this so everything is clear and agreed within writing and contracted.  An emailed confirmation of your booking is also sent to you.

 

The remaining outstanding balance is to be paid in full 14 days before the wedding day.

 

Due to the nature of the business we work on a first come first served basis, so book early to guarantee our services. Our photographers are sort after, especially during wedding season, so we strongly advise that you book up to a year or 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment. Payment types

 

We accept card, cheque and cash payments; you also have the option to pay the quick and easy way, on line via pay pal. All Cheques are to be made payable to Simeon Thaw.
